About Gym Space for Rent - Hourly Rental

For photo and filming shoot. We’re located on the corner section of the shopping center with big windows on the side and front of store. The facility is 1​,​080 sq ft​,​ large section of the flooring is turf with a long narrow section of black rubber flooring. High ceiling with reset lighting and about 6 ceiling fans. There are two restrooms and a filter water cooler. Open floor space for functional​,​ athletic​,​ boxing​,​ CrossFit​,​ Olympic weightlifting​,​ HIIT style training. There’s squat rack​,​ three Calisthenics operational apparatus for body weight training strap training. Dumbbell​,​ kettle bell​,​ stability ball​,​ slam ball​,​ Dynamax ball​,​ barbells. Also ​,​ three big mirrors. COVID-19 All guests must follow the guidelines provided by the Los Angeles Department of Public Health. If guests fail to follow the proper restrictions and guidelines​,​ they will be responsible for the payment of all fees that result in the improper use of the facility (this includes improper use of face coverings​,​ social distancing and capacity restrictions. GENERAL We allow food and drink in the space. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus​,​ and no animals other than service animals. SECURITY The security gate may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may contact the host or Huego to enter into the facility​,​ or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING ​/​ DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask​/​appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in​,​ and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. In the event of damages while using the space​,​ guests agree to cover in full any damages that you or your invitees cause during the booking. Damages (walls​,​ floors​,​ furniture​,​ etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. Please take great care of our space. No nails​,​ screws​,​ staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
