The training facility is 5,000 Sq Ft, carefully designed and equipped with everything necessary to make sure your workouts are up to par and dynamic in every way. Facility that is fully equipped for any event or class. - Squat racks - Dumbells up to 120 - Machines - Tsunami bars - Sleds - Rowing machines - Skierg - Water fountains - And MUCH MORE! There is also please of street parking as well as a large parking lot. For your convenience, we offer towel service and have a water dispenser. Bring your reusable water bottle with you since we have gone green and don’t carry plastic/paper cups. The facility also has a shower fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels for those on the go. All of these amenities are included in the price of your program. GENERAL We allow food and drink in the space, but no nuts, nut oils, or peanuts on campus at any time. No smoking is allowed on campus, and no animals other than service animals. SECURITY The security gate may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may use the call box to be buzzed in to your event, or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
