About Personal Training - Hourly Rental

Welcome to our Sports Performance and athletic facility! Our facility has been redesigned to accommodate the latest CDC guidelines to ensure a safe space to work out! We are located in the heart of Huntington Beach with all of the necessary equipment you need to train your clients or group fitness class! Our facility offers a unique layout for all types of training like: Strength and Conditioning​,​ Cardio​,​ Power Lifting​,​ HIIT workouts and much more! We have every piece of equipment you can think of so come on over and check us out! EQUIPMENT • Carpet Floor with a turf track • Elliptical • Treadmills • Free Weights • Cable Machines • Barbells • Row Machines • Ropes • Giant Tires • Air Conditioning • Free WiFi • Use of parking lot (first come​,​ first serve) • Use of lobby and locker room area • Secure space • ADA accessible GENERAL We allow food and drink in the space​,​ but tenants must clean up after event. PARKING Available on a first come first-serve basis. SECURITY Your guests may the host or Huego to enter into the facility​,​ or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING ​/​ DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate​,​ although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask​/​appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in​,​ and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails​,​ screws​,​ staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls​,​ floors​,​ furniture​,​ etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
