About Aerial Fitness Studio

Aerial Silk Fly through the air with grace and glory in our Aerial Silk class. This is a newer form of fitness which is beautiful but challenging. This class will improve your strength​,​ flexibility​,​ coordination​,​ and endurance. You will learn foundational techniques and tricks​,​ a combination of moves and eventually progress to learning full routines. Hammock Suspend yourself from the aerial silks by creating a Hammock. We will work on your flow and form to create a dance in the sky. Lyra Spin​,​ invert and suspend yourself on an Aerial Hoop in our Lyra class. We will teach you how to utilize the hoop in order to gain strength and create a beautiful artistic display. No smoking is allowed on campus​,​ and no animals other than service animals. SECURITY The security gate may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may use the call box to be buzzed in to your event​,​ or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. RULES: Renter must maintain appropriate liability insurance for the length of the agreement. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING ​/​ DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate​,​ although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask​/​appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in​,​ and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails​,​ screws​,​ staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls​,​ floors​,​ furniture​,​ etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
