About Basketball Gym for Rent

UPDATE: Unfortunately​,​ our facility is at capacity and we are not taking requests at this moment! Foothills Community Church (FCC) is a church that is excited about making new friends and truly wants to assist you in hosting your next event! We welcome all sorts of groups​,​ coaches and athletes! Our all brick gymnasium space is ideal for basketball​,​ volleyball​,​ birthday parties​,​ or workout practice sessions. There are two restrooms available as well as a water fountain. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We have 2 ample parking lots with plenty of space to host your guests. • Fluorescent Light • Linoleum Floor • Natural Air • Free WiFi • Use of parking lot (first come​,​ first serve) • Use of 25 chairs • Use of lobby • Secure space • ADA accessible RULES: Renter must maintain appropriate liability insurance (General Liability) for the length of the agreement. FCC must be identified as the address of the insured​,​ and a copy of the policy must be given to the FCC office. GENERAL We allow food and drink in the space. No smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on campus​,​ and no animals other than service animals. SECURITY The security gate may not be propped open at any time. Your guests may the host or Huego to enter into the facility​,​ or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING ​/​ DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate​,​ although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask​/​appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in​,​ and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails​,​ screws​,​ staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls​,​ floors​,​ furniture​,​ etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
