About Cycle Studio - Monthly Rental

We're is a new cycling studio located in Inglewood​,​ California. Our main focus is to bring fitness and well-being to our community​,​ while contributing to self-care and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. We offer State of the Art Spinning Bikes​,​ equipped with SPD Pedals. Wear regular athletic shoes and slip your feet into the cage. We also provide changing rooms​,​ storage for your belongings​,​ towels and water for your convenience. GENERAL We allow food and drink in the space​,​ but tenants must clean up after event. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS We require a valid General Liability Insurance policy to use our space. Valid documentation must be provided to Huego and host before use of space. SECURITY Your guests may the host or Huego to enter into the facility​,​ or you may place a greeter at the door to greet and screen your guests. Further instructions will be provided once the booking is complete. OVERTIME Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING ​/​ DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate​,​ although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask​/​appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in​,​ and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails​,​ screws​,​ staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls​,​ floors​,​ furniture​,​ etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
