Our studio was born out of a passion for helping others get fit. The owner, Maria, has been helping others achieve their goals since 1995. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as AFAA Group Ex. She has also has acquired a Nutritional Therapist certification. We believe in “Practice what You Preach”. When the Owners, Trainers, and Instructors look like this YOU KNOW YOUR IN GOOD HANDS.
